- Dianne Rastelli is Director and Head of Operations at Strategas Asset Management, where she oversees portfolio operations for the firm. She leads operational infrastructure and drives the development of scalable processes that enhance the platform’s efficiency and resiliency. She plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s operating framework to support the firm’s continued growth.
- Before joining Strategas, Dianne spent more than a decade at Jefferies LLC, where she served as Vice President and managed the firm’s Commission Management platform. She oversaw client commission arrangements, research payment processes, and related operational controls that supported the equities business.
- Dianne holds a B.S. in Business Management from St. John’s University.
